Back in 2009, three food-loving friends had a wild idea: what if we could bring authentic, wood-fired pizza magic to Washington, DC? Armed with nothing but passion, a borrowed recipe from Nonna Maria, and way too much enthusiasm, we opened our tiny first location.
Fast forward to today, and we're still that same scrappy team - just with better ovens, more locations, and the same obsessive love for perfect pizza. Every slice tells our story of chasing flavor perfection and bringing smiles to hungry faces.
